    Now some of the Large Corporations who have employee arbitration are FIRING VETERANS because of their military duty deployments…. they are targeting “making up” a fake case and terminating them. Asking them to take a demotion while on leave! Pulling secret audits to “find” any mistake to terminate them….. We must pass ARBITRATION FAIRNESS ACT 2014, ASAP! This is out of control (it’s not just the Veterans, it’s also those with disability with fmla claims)
